Site Manager. Our client, a leading Main Contractor working within the fit-out & refurbishment sectors are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on the delivery of a large and busy new retail fit-out project in the heart of King's Lynn. Workingon a fast-track, you will be assisting with ensuring the job is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard of quality possible.

Working as a Site Manager, reporting to an on-site Project Manager, you must have experience of running sites as an on-site Manager, delivering fast-track Retail/Commercial fit-out and/or refurbishment projects in your **RECENT**work history, reporting to an on site Project Manager on this busy site. With experience of site of working for the Main/Principle Contractor, dealing directly with the end user/client, and undertaking all daily tasks including, butnot restricted to, managing Health & Safety on site, delivering daily inductions and toolbox talks, ensuring site is running to programme and dealing with any problems as they arise on site.

As well as having the above experience, you **must** also hold CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, SMSTS as an absolute minimum - as well as this, holding Asbestos Awareness, Duty to Manage and/or Fire Marshall would be beneficial.
