Mixed Tax Senior or Supervisor (Top 20 firm) Letchworth £35,000 to £50,000 + full study support (if required) Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client, an outstanding Top 20 firm of accountants based in Letchworth, that are keen to appoint a mixed tax senior or Supervisor to complement a growing department offering a range of tax servicesto clients ranging from individuals, trusts, LLPs and corporate entities. Role Requirements - Review work for delivery to clients to ensure it meets our high standards. Assist other departments of the firm with tax matters arising on their client base. Build relationships with the clients so that you are the "go-to" person and will manage their expectations. Continually develop the team and be a role model. Work on projects, one off advisory work liaising directly with the partners. Identify and deliver added value services to the clients to help them prosper. Person Requirements - ATT qualified and/or CTA/ACA/ACCA part of full qualified with 3+ years' experience in a tax focussed role ideally mixed although this is not essential just the desire to work in a mixed role is. Ideally you will have supported junior members of staff as a mentor or supervisor.
