An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Psychologist within the Sandwell Early Intervention Service. This role will suit an established clinical psychologist 8a, or a newly qualified looking for a post with potential career progression. EIP is a multidisciplinary specialist service for individuals aged 14-65 experiencing a first episode of psychosis, and their families. There is a strong emphasis on team working, with the opportunity to collaborate, supervise, and provide consultation to your colleagues.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated practitioner, who is able to work flexibly and creatively with people who are experiencing psychosis or are at-risk of developing psychosis. We deliver a service that meets the unique needs of the individual, offering interventions to support the individual in their recovery.

The post holder will also be expected to support the delivery of family interventions within the service.

There will be opportunities to gain further specialist training relevant to the role, develop leadership and supervision skills, and be involved in service development projects and research trials.
