- **LOCATION(S): Watford**
- **HOURS**: Full-time
- **WORKING PATTERN**: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of our time at our Watford office.

**What you’ll need**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with ability to work under pressure
- Highly proactive and not afraid to challenge and always looking for better ways of working, with a “learn and improve” mentality
- Solution orientated and a keen problem solver
- Flexible, positive and pragmatic approach with good time management with desire to set and meet deadlines
- Excellent communicator (both verbal and written) Confidence in liaising with a variety of business partners
- Excellent attention to detail

**And any experience of these would be really useful**
- Design best in-class templates to hit open rate and engagement objectives and ensuring messaging and content is accurate and compelling for our audiences.
