We’re looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant. Understanding Recruitment is a dynamic, market leading, multi award winning Industrial and Driving, Commercial and Construction agency based in Stevenage Town Centre, our employees and clients reallydo matter to us
We create a bespoke training and development programme for all of our recruits which encourages rapid promotion.
Role of the Recruitment Consultant is to:

- Develop and manage client relationships in a competitive environment for an established desk
- Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth within a specialist market
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement and beyond
- Win new exciting accounts
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be able to demonstrate:
