- We are currently looking to recruit **two Exams Invigilators** to support the smooth running of internal and external examinations across our college. This is a key role ensuring exam integrity and providing a calm, supportive environment for our learners.

** Key Responsibilities**- Collect and prepare examination materials prior to each session.
- Set up exam rooms, ensuring clocks, desks, and signage are correctly arranged.
- Distribute papers and supervise exams, including online assessments.
- Complete required documentation such as attendance registers and seating plans.
- Return scripts and materials to the Exams Office post-exam.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold exam regulations at all times.-
- **Essential Criteria**- Good standard of education.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Able to act on own initiative when required.
- Tactful and diplomatic when dealing with students and staff.
