Aftermarket Supply Coordinator

We are looking for a **Aftermarket Supply Coordinator** to join our team.

**Job Title**: Aftermarket Supply Coordinator

**Responsible To**: Materials Management Team Leader

**Purpose of Role**:
To manage the day to day running of the Gateway Phase 2 supply of parts to retailers within the Product Services Department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creation and maintenance of database records for Suppliers operating within the EHG UK Gateway warranty system.
- Agreeing Parameters and maintenance of Terms and conditions in line with the Gateway operating strategy.
- Expediting Delinquent warranty parts supplied direct from Suppliers to retailers.
- Engaging and Training suppliers to use the Gateway system.
- Managing the day to day operations of the EHG UK aged order reports.
- Liaising with the purchasing team to find solutions to ad hoc day to day aftermarket supply issues.
- Participate in Supplier meetings to improve supply chain issues on aftermarket parts.
- Capture statistical data to produce KPI information.
- Process aftermarket sales orders
- Arrange internal stock movements
- Support Customer services and Factory Service Centre on parts supply.
- Handling escalated supplier disputes.
- Expediting aftermarket part prices.
- Any other reasonable duties as required.

**Person Specification - Aftermarket Supply Coordinator**

**Qualifications**
- 5 GCSE’s Grade A-C/4-9 including Maths and English or equivalent
- **Desirable - **L2 in Business Administration or equivalent
- **Desirable -** **L2 in Business Improvement Techniques or equivalent

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Experience of working with IT software and systems (e.g. Word)
- **Desirable - **Experience of working in busy office environment
- **Desirable - **Experience of working under high pressure
