**Overview**

**Duties**
- You will be working on various cleaning projects alongside your team. This is not an office based role.
- In the absence of your manager you will be responsible for opening up and organising the day-to-day projects
- Reporting to office any absences/non attendance daily
- Supervising, managing, and motivating team members
- Providing direction, guidance, and leadership in delegating tasks fairly and evenly
- Having the ability to communicate with clients on given projects and keep them updated with how the day is progressing
- Relaying clear instructions to team members in communicating clients cleaning requests
- Ensuring employees work towards company goals and objectives and uphold company standards
- Having the ability to make sure performance levels are maintained by overseeing and guiding a team to efficiency
- Having the ability to create an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility.
- Whilst you will be expected to get stuck in alongside the rest of your team, the core part of your job will be all about co-ordinating the team, delegating tasks and managing them appropriately.
- As part of your role you will have administrative tasks to undertake which will incorporate writing daily reports for your manager, in order for your team members to progress further.
- Your duties will be to guide the team’s vision and ensure that everything goes according to plan, with the ability to carry out these duties in a pleasant manner. daily operations, ensuring adherence to business processes and operational standards.
- Manage and lead a team of staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Implement best practices in materials handling to optimise workflow and minimise waste.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support to enhance productivity and morale.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Qualifications**
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce.
- Experience in materials handling practices to ensure efficient workflow.
- Experience in written and oral communications
- Proven organisation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.90 per hour
