**Commercial & Industrial -** Our Commercial & Industrial division designs, fabricates and constructs structural steelwork for a variety of different sectors including commercial offices, stadia & leisure, industrial & distribution, data centres, retail and health and education.

The division has manufacturing sites in three locations: Dalton, Lostock, and Enniskillen. Each has full-service capabilities and modern manufacturing processes enabling us to provide a high-quality product to a variety of different sectors. Each of our sites has its own strong reputation in the market and between them cover a wider geographical area, including Europe. They continue to set the **bar high** in their highly complex market
**Vacancy Details**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reading and interpreting welding procedure data sheets and specifications.
- Planning welding sequences and delivering high-quality single and multi-run fillet welds, as well as partial and full penetration butt welds.
- Inspecting and identifying welds using operator ID codes and carrying out repairs when required, all while meeting tight production deadlines.
- Using pre
- and post-heating equipment safely and efficiently.

**Required Experience**:

- Proven experience in structural steelwork fabrication.
- Skilled in working to recognised fabrication standards with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding and commitment to health and safety practices.
- Experience in operating heating equipment and overhead cranes safely and effectively.
