**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Rickmansworth
- £25,000-£35,000 basic - £60,000 OTE year 1, £80,000 OTE year 2, £100,000+ OTE year 3**

**This role is PERFECT for either graduates/estate agents/anyone with a sales background looking to make a transition, earn a fantastic living, and be trained by the best in the industry.**

Our client is a specialist construction company dealing with the residential development sector and they have an exceptional track record of developing trainee consultants into key roles in their organisation and have **unparalleled** staff retention rates which speaks volumes about them and how they value their staff. So much so over 40% of their team have been with the company for five years or more

£60,000 OTE year 1, £80,000 OTE year 2, £100,000+ OTE year 3

You will come from a strong sales background and have demonstrable achievements within your previous and current roles OR be a recent graduate looking to start a career in Recruitment.
