**About The Role**:
Care Team Leader - Competitive pay rate of £11.75 - £12.80 per hour

**Flexible hours including f**ull time and part time**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Team Leader to join the team at Wickmeads, our residential care home, located a stone's throw from the idyllic Tuckton Gardens and River Stour, Christchurch, Dorset.

**What you will be doing**:

- Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
- Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift
- Administration of medication to residents
- Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families
- Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South's

We want someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents - you’ll also need to be able to inspire and nurture your team to be at their best every day.

You’ll have completed an NQV3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.
