**Job Title**: Supervisor **Location**: London, W1B 5PJ **Division/Department**:Front of House **Salary**:£24,500-£29,000/year DOE_, PLUS Service charge and tips_ **Working hours**: Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis, between the hours of 10:30am - 00:30am(Subject to change). As we are a restaurant, the hours normally include late nights and weekends. **Reporting To**: General Manager **Job Purpose**:We are looking for a superstar Supervisor who will be responsible for managing daily operations of our bustling SHORYU restaurant located in the heart of Carnaby st, who can optimize profits and ensure that guests are 100% satisfied with their dining experience. **We are looking for someone with**: - 6 months - 1 year Supervisory experience or higher in the fast pace hospitality industry - Full accountability for front of house operations - Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment - Passion for delivering excellent customer service skills - Strong business awareness - Knowledge of Japanese food, culture, language or experience in working in Japanese restaurant is highly beneficial - Impeccable attention to detail to all aspects of the business - Excellent communication with staff of all levels - Friendly and approachable personality - Team leading and leadership skills - In depth understanding about Food Safety standards - Ability to multi-task with "hands on" approach to work A 2 hour trial shift is required before any employment is considered.
