**Mr. Chips of Louth**, _the iconic fish and chip restaurant_, is looking for hard-working, bubbly member to join our team

On this occasion we are looking for someone with previous fish shop experience who has worked in all different sections of a chip shop. Frying experience preferred but not essential. Any training can be provided down the line.

The position is part-time and/or full time and involves working weekends The position has room to grow with more hours down the line.

**Duties and requirements include**:

- Looking after tables in a section of the restaurant with multiple tables, taking their order, checking on them, running food, clearing of tables and ensuring they receive great service.
- Working as a team during busy periods to ensure the entire restaurant is happy with the level of service
- Plating the food for tables and preparing hot drinks
- Working on the takeaway counter and helping with JustEat orders.
- A good level of personal hygiene and awareness of Food Safety (Training can be provided down the line.)
- Cleaning duties

**Skill required for the position**:

- Good communication skills
- Good timekeeping
- Be able to multitask
- Work well in a team but also as a individual when required.
- Be reliable
- Flexible with working hours

Pay will be based on age and experience.
