**£24,000 - £26,000**
**Based in Park Royal / Acton, West London**
You will be assigned a portfolio of customers to account manager working in a team of 6 account managers.
- Setting up quotes into the company system
- Speaking with customers and updating information on our systems
- Checking asset data on Regent's system and updating where required
- Arranging site visits for meter related queries
- Running reports and monitoring performance
- Variety of data entry tasks and data processes
- Testing and collaborating on new IT system features
- General administration tasks
- Any other task assigned by the company
**Key skills and experience**:
- Attention to detail is absolutely key
- Office Administration experience with good data entry skills
- MS Office skills especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to learn new software packages on the job
- An innovative approach to problem solving
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to adapt to role changes as they arise
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office
- Graduate preferred but not essential
- Must be an easy commute to Acton/ Park Royal
