**Cheetham Bell** and Code are looking for an Advertising Creative Team.**:
We’re looking for a team who want to make the move up to a senior level and help us produce award winning, effective creative ideas. Working on a range of great brands with an agency team who put creativity first.

We are home to a creative / design team of 25, offering a unique blend of in-house creative talent and a fantastic environment to develop your craft and learn new skills.

We’re committed to conceiving, developing and executing brand ideas that transform end to end customer experiences - from integrated advertising through to product and service interactions and as a springboard for future innovation. Our creative culture is extremely collaborative. Our team are all specialists in their own fields but work in the open to share and build on ideas that can deliver real change for our clients, their audiences and for ourselves.
**Role Band: 4**:

**Salary: Up to £55k**:

- The salary banding for this role is dependent on your experience_

**Key responsibilities**:

- Be able to translate a proposition into a media neutral idea/s and show it working in multiple media channels.
- Strong communicators who can ‘sell’ ideas in an inspirational way, to both internal staff and clients. Must be comfortable presenting ideas to clients in formal meetings.
- Are professional and understand the context that lies behind a client’s business and the communications task.
- Should be keen to find a unique creative solution to every brief that will also solve the business problem.
- Maintain enthusiasm for ideas and crafting them as they move from concept to execution.
- Be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and have experience of working on high profile pitches.
- Always looking out for an opportunity for an award winning piece of work.
- Teams with plenty of agency experience working on award winning integrated creative strategy and ideas.
