**The Company**
We are currently looking for a Senior Client Engagement Manager to join a growing sales function within a global consultancy business.
**The Role**
This role plays a crucial part in setting clients up for success by shaping and leading the execution of large transformational engagements primarily in finance outsourcing, shared services and business process improvement. As a trusted advisor, you will needto leverage industry expertise and data-backed insights to advise, design and implement transformational solutions for their clients. Key responsibilities include:

- Lead market development activities as an industry expert
- Lead and nurture relationships with client contacts, identifying along the way, new stakeholders to engage for current and future projects
- Manage key client relationships through end-to-end project engagements
- Manage clients through complex projects to deliver value-centric, data driven outcomes both on-time and in-scope

With experience of leading engagements with a structured problem-solving approach you will ideally have a minimum of 5 years consultancy experience in a finance environment. As an individual who has excellent relationship development skills you will requirestrong negotiation skills across commercial, project management and general areas of working practice. As an industry expert you will also need to have the ability to empathize with a client's situation and challenges in order to guide the project team throughan effective engagement.
