**Location**:Peterborough, UK - Hybrid

Can you roll up your sleeves and land projects andinitiatives... if so this could be the perfect role for you.The Inclusion & Engagement Lead is responsible for the development and implementation of colleague inclusion, engagement and internal people communication strategies, programmes and experiencesacross the global AB Agri businesses.Leading the engagement survey analysis, you will drive and support activities to enhance the way we work based on colleague feedback and suggestions and demonstrate how action plans have been brought to life and madea difference.
Your role is central to the day-to-day implementation of our People & Performance strategy, working as a trusted advisor for leaders and stakeholders across the business. It supports and drives our cultural priorities, including Inclusion & Belonging & Wellbeing,leading on content creation across multiple channels.
**What you'll be doing:**
- Lead strategies to increase our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion managing our Employee Network Groups to provide safe, listening communities
- Analyse engagement survey data to establish, develop and drive improved ways of working which benefit both our people and our business
- Create stimulating colleague engagement connection opportunities delivering events and written communication feature stories and supporting assets for delivery on various engagement platforms
- Drive well-being initiatives which support our people to feel engaged and connected with the business
- Provide an advisory service on diversity and inclusion issues in current talent reviews, performance management processes, succession planning, recruitment and selection to removes bias and ensure we are tapping into diverse talent pools
- Identify external trends and recognise best practices which will increase diversity, well-being and engagement among the workforce

**What you'll bring:**
- Experience of designing and delivering initiatives that drive improved inclusive practices utilising the latest thinking to ensure best practice
- Experience of delivering creative, engaging communications via a variety of different mediums
- Good understanding and working knowledge of digital communication and collaboration tools including Office 365 Teams and SharePoint
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders and gain buy-in from the business
- Awareness of global and cultural differences impacting engagement and inclusion

**Location and other factors**: This is a hybrid role splitting work between homeworking and occasional working at our Peterborough head office.Travel to other sites including international travel may also be required from time to time.TheInclusion & Engagement Lead has one direct report, our Internal Communications Manager.The Inclusion and Engagement Lead is a sole contributor role and so is responsible for operational diversity, inclusion and engagement work, not just strategic elements.**About The Company**
