**CRES Finance Business Partner** **Knutsford** As a Barclays Corporate Real Estate Services Finance Business Partner, you will be partnering with CRES and will be responsible for the financial management of the Global Real Estate portfolio on behalf of Barclays. The overall purpose of the role is to deliver a trusted and highly competent business intelligence, insight and performance analysis for both "space" and “space management” services including, performance insight and review, change and planning. We offer careers that provide endless opportunity - helping millions of individuals and businesses thrive, and creating financial and digital solutions that the world now takes for granted. **What will you be doing?**: - Managing client relationship across real estate pillars and suppliers - Innovating, improving and delivering value add business performance insight and financial analytics across the CRES function - Embedding and delivering innovative and pro-active value add analysis - Working with senior FBPs on investment and exit strategies collaborating with CRES and business finance - Delivering of insightful and innovative business evaluation of the property cost base through the communication of technical expertise in order to drive informed and effective choice making - Managing and developing the outlook and MTP regional process taking responsibility for delivering a grounded plan, with support and effective communication with CRES pillars and suppliers - Ensuring that there are an appropriate set of financial and performance measures with which to manage the business, driving reporting innovation to deliver performance and cost reduction - Continuing to build innovative reporting solutions to support the business and provide support and recommendations on financial performance insight, processes and procedures **What we’re looking for**: - Qualified Accountant, Degree or equivalent qualification - Highly analytical mind set, conceptual and strategic thinker who can also master detail when required - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both verbal and written - Proven ability to shape and deliver strategies **Skills that will help you in the role**: - Knowledge of technical accounting of property related costs and transactions (IFRS16 and IAS37) - Financial modelling, scenario building and sensitivity analysis - Previous experience of property function with outsourced supplier models - Strong logical and decision making skills **Where will you be working?** You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations.
