**About the role**

Working in our stunning new building in **Cambridge** you’ll be the first face that many will see as they enter our prestigious site and you’ll be a role model when it comes to what 5-star guest experience looks like.

As the link between many different teams and departments you’ll be able to multitask and cope under pressure whilst keeping your focus on ensuring that our guests remain at the centre of what you deliver.

**A few things about you**

We want you to bring your experience of working in a customer facing role, your excellent communication skills, and your IT knowhow with you when you join us.

Your can-do attitude and fantastic team spirit will ensure you quickly become our go to person

Don’t forget to bring your keen eye for detail, wonderful organisational skills and your confident and flexible approach too

As Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do, there’ll be procedures, site specific guidelines / requirements and regulations to follow such so it is vital that you champion these.

**Role Responsibility**:

- To provide a 5-star customer service experience
- To provide Meeting Room Technology support
- To provide an induction support to building users
- To have a full working knowledge of the building including all services and day to day office equipment
- To ensure all meeting rooms are fully operational and are appropriately laid out for meetings
- Cover reception when required
- Conduct floor walks to ensure a high level of service delivery
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent Communicator
- Project Coordination skills
- Experience of working within a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Flexibility that is focused to delivering exceptional customer service
- A hands-on approach
- IT Literate

**Package Description**:
**Guest Host**

**40 hours per week**
**£12.32 per hour**
**Monday - Friday. Shifts between 7am-7pm**
