EF Oxford is seeking an enthusiastic all-rounder to join our facilities team, working weekday afternoons at our large international campus in Headington.

**Position Details**

**Monday to Friday**

**2PM to 6PM**

**Immediate start available**

**Part-time/Permanent contract**
- Please note that we will be filling either the full-time Maintenance Operative position or both of the part-time roles (Weekend and Afternoon Maintenance Operative) advertised online.

**Your Role**

General maintenance & repairs

Basic plumbing, electrics, painting & decorating

Furniture assembly & moving

Dealing with contractors regarding building issues

Assisting with the management of maintenance supplies

Updating work lists & taking a proactive approach to site management

**Requirements**:
Good English communication skills and customer-facing experience

Flexible approach & teamwork skills

The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a lone-working environment

Highly organized with attention to detail

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare

Right to work in the UK at commencement of employment

Clean background check
