As a Change Implementation Lead, you will change leaders who change the world by playing a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making and embedding new systems and processes across the organisation.

**Role Overview**:
Acting as a bridge between strategic transformation and operational teams, you will ensure that change initiatives are successfully adopted and sustained. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and the Head of Transformation, as well as with teams across the business to support the prioritisation, rollout, and implementation of improvements, ensuring accountability and reinforcing best practices.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- ** Supporting prioritisation of change initiatives** by working with the Heads of Operation and Transformation to assess urgency and impact.
- **Driving culture change** through embedding new ways of working, coaching teams on new processes and technologies, and reinforcing best practices to ensure adoption.
- **Championing our ethos of continuous improvement**, liaising with teams to understand what our clients and participants need and how systems and technology can better support new ways of working.
- **Supporting onboarding of new employees** to ensure our systems, data and ways of working are clear and adopted.
- **Working with function leads** to build buy-in, track adoption and address challenges in adoption.
- **Reinforcing the importance of data** across the business to improve accuracy in reporting, support decision-making, and make efficiency gains.
- **Driving systems change projects with IT** to relay business requirements, test systems, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- **Using data analysis skills** to report on progress of change initiatives, identifying roadblocks, holding teams accountable and make recommendations for improvement.
- **Managing the delivery of qualitative and quantitative data analysis** to support audits, faculty board and rankings submissions.
- **Owning the monitoring and collation of data** required for FT rankings submission, including ongoing analysis of relevant data to enable data-driven decision making
- Working closely with function leads and IT to create, maintain and continuously adjust **Business Dashboards** to support relevant management data insights.
- Additionally, contribute effectively to **JBSEEL values** and team activities and participate in and contribute to **special projects** where relevant.

**Success in this role will be measured by**:

- Successful completion of assigned systems change projects leading to measurable efficiency gains
- Full adoption of new processes and systems across teams
- Creation of dashboards to continuously monitor implementation of new processes and up-to-date business data
- Increased accountability and consistency in project milestones
- Clear and actionable reporting that highlights progress and areas of resistance
- Improved data accuracy and efficiency in decision-making
- Positive feedback from function leads on support provided

**About You**:
**Essential**
- Proven experience in project management, operations, and change management.
- Strong knowledge of systems, data, and process optimisation, comfortable and skilled in using AI to enhance their own and others’ work.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to bring people along.
- Experience of facilitating change in a fast-paced environment, using a collaborative and flexible approach to meet tight and multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo, overcoming resistance, and bringing project and change execution discipline and capability to our team.
- Evidence of being a natural problem-solver and solution-finder with a focus on implementation.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to own, track and monitor key data sets to present at various levels including the Leadership Team.
- Ability to communicate technical and process-related changes to non-technical teams.

**Desirable**
- Previous experience in the higher or professional education sector.
- Familiarity with business systems and reporting tools.
- Understanding of structured change management methodologies.

**Other information**:
This is a full-time, permanent position. There will be a nine-month probationary period. Working hours are 40 hours per week. The successful applicant must be willing to work such additional hours as are necessary for the proper performance of their duties. This is hybrid role, with a current company-wide requirement of a **minimum** of two working days from our office in Cambridge. Flexible working patterns and schedules are supported.
