tmd Building Consultancy is an award winning, independent Chartered Building Surveying and Project Management practice, who are looking to enhance the current Surveying team within our Oxford office with a hands-on Building Surveyor / Project Manager.

The office oversees a broad collection of Oxford and Oxfordshire based clients including Universities, Colleges, Local Authorities, Private Companies and private individuals. Due to ongoing expansion we require Building Surveyors, with project managementexperience to assist the existing management team.

**The role will include**:

- Managing existing client relationships and identifying new instructions from our current client base;
- Management of projects from £50K to £1M (with assistance from Senior team members)
- Liaising with Project teams including external and internal contacts
- Liaising with external multidisciplinary framework design team
- Attending client meetings
- Carrying out building inspections, dilapidation reports/ negotiations and Party Wall matters

**Requirements**:

- Personable and professional manner
- Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines and take initiative
- A very high level of literacy/numeracy
- Must have experience using Microsoft Office
- A working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project
