We are looking for a highly organised and proactive **Water Treatment Administrator** to join our team. This role plays a vital part in keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting our technical team with data handling, reporting, and client communications.

**About the Role**:
You’ll be supporting the technical delivery of water treatment services, including trending data relating to cooling towers and closed systems. The work is not complex, but there's a high volume of it, accuracy and consistency are key. You'll help manage and update client-facing portals, send lab reports, prepare management summaries, and support trending analysis for system performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect, organise, and input data for cooling tower and closed system trending
- Send laboratory reports to clients promptly and professionally
- Assist with creating management reports for key clients
- Maintain and update our web portal with accurate information
- Support internal teams with general admin, filing, and document control

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in a similar administrative or data-driven role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Comfortable handling technical data (training provided)
- Proficiency in Excel and general IT systems
- Able to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
- Experience in the water treatment or environmental services industry (preferred but not essential)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
