**About the role - Casual Chauffeur**

The Casual Chauffeur is accountable for providing guests with all transportation services and assistance connected with arrival, stay and departure from the hotel.

Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

- Will have a current clean full drivers license and also a current PCO license
- Have an adequate knowledge of London’s routes in getting from destination to destination
- accountable for the arrival, stay and departure transportation experience
- assisting with guest queries related to the Hotel and promotes Hotel Facilities efficiently
- accountable for handling complaints with immediate action and thorough follow-up, referring to management when necessary
- works with other teams to maximise guest satisfaction
- accountable for being fully informed about daily movement in the Hotel (Occupancy, arrivals, departures and VIPs)
- ensuring up-to-date information is provided upon guests’ requests relating to tourism, events, transportation and restaurants

You will have relevant Chauffeur experience ideally in a customer service environment and have a valid PCO licence.
