**The role**:
At Warrington Borough Council we are passionate about public services, informed by accurate data and intelligence. Our Business Intelligence Service are a centralised unit with specialists who provide advice across all areas of the council.

Within this service, we are seeking a motivated and committed Business Intelligence Officer to join our proactive Business Intelligence Team at Warrington Borough Council, on a temporary contract for the next 18 months.

As the Business Intelligence Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Business Intelligence Officers and the wider team by collating, preparing, and disseminating information to help in understanding organisational and customer insights.

The role will involve undertaking a range of duties, such as, collating data for the analysis and interpretation of performance by the Senior Business Intelligence Officers, and assisting in co-ordinating the council’s complaints reporting and Freedom of Information (FOI) processes and monitoring.
