This Position reports to:
Country Team Lead

Reporting to the UK & IE Talent Acquisition Country Lead, you will play an important role in the Talent Acquisition function, partnering with the business and HR leaders and working closely with our talent team members, supporting multiple businesses with end to end recruitment activities.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. You will:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and provide guidance and advice to hiring managers at every step of the recruitment process from requisition creation to offer accepted
- Manage recruitment campaigns, working closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and agree on the appropriate sourcing strategy
- Guide managers in the interview and selection process
- Understand local talent market and collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop sourcing and hiring plans
- Address business recruitment needs while complying with global and local processes
- Leverage your previous experience and add value to the business with data, market insights and consultative guidance

**Qualifications for the Role**
- Ability to effectively manage own workload while managing multiple tasks
- Experience in Talent Acquisition in global organisations
- Experience in managing high volume recruitment with a history of filling difficult roles in a timely manner
- Ability to work in demanding environments and manage a multitude of priorities in an efficient and professional manner
