The Supply register are currently looking for a School Chef to work in one of our parternship schools based in Cannock

Hours - 8am till 2pm

Days - Monday to Friday

This role is term time only

Your role:

- The main duties will be to supervise the catering staff and catering operations and manage the kitchen and its resources to ensure a quality service is provided for the complete running of the catering services for the school.
- You will be handling cash handling, using a till, banking and cash reconciliation.
- You will be compliant with Health and Safety, Food safety, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) and manual handling.

To be suitable for the role you must:

- Have a clear enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
- Hold a level 2 hygiene certificate
- Have experience cooking for large numbers of consumers
- Ideally have school based experience (but not essential)
