**Job Overview**

Integration Specialist Job Description
2. Understands Javascript coding and able to advise client website development teams on using the Genesys Web Messenger SDKs for various integration scenarios, Authenticated Web Messaging if required.
3. Able to quickly identify difference between scoped integrations and additional scope and flag them as potential change requests.
4. Can independently manage and drive PoC's for integrations if required, e.g. CRM integration scenarios that require customization. Should be able to coordinate and manage proof-of-concept scope between BT Suppliers (e.g. AppFoundry Partners), Customer Suppliers, BT internal teams etc. including driving the creation of a PoC scope, success criteria, hands-on Genesys configuration wherever required, tracking technical progress of PoC against success criteria, and preparing change response with effort estimates to convert PoC to a Work Order.
6. Able to hold technical and intermediate level business discussions with client stakeholders regarding integrations.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £400.00-£450.00 per day
