**Commercial Cleaner - Communal Flat Cleaning**

We're currently seeking a committed commercial cleaner to undertake communal cleaning duties across 18 blocks of flats, comprising 2 in Reigate and 16 in Redhill, starting in early March.

**Job Details**:

- **Location**: Reigate (2 blocks) and Redhill (16 blocks)
- **Frequency**: Cleaning will be conducted twice weekly, with each block allocated 30 minutes every other week.
- **Total Hours**: Approximately 9 hours of work every other week, totaling 18 hours per month.
- **Flexible Schedule**: The workload can be managed either by cleaning all 18 flats bi-weekly or dividing the workload by cleaning half the flats each week, maintaining the same total hours spread over the month.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in communal areas of residential blocks.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently which we supply.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
- Reliable transportation to commute to various locations.

Must be able to drive to jobs as cleaning equipment will not be kept on site, we will give to you to take in your car.
