**Our Eastleigh depot are currently looking for a talented Operations Administrator to join the Warehouse team. **This is an opportunity for a skilled individual to work alongside both management and warehouse team to continue to deliver the high levels of results the depot is already achieving.

Our friendly Warehouse Team pick, pack and deliver food to Your local pub, your favourite restaurant, your children’s schools. There are a lot of hungry mouths to feed out there and every day we deliver 1.5 million award winning products from our fleet of 2000 trucks to every corner of the UK. **What you will be doing**:

- Liaising with wider team & other departments to ensure corrective action is taken on delivery issues.
- Assisting with data entry and inventory of stock.
- Process and control the production of Invoices and Credit Notes.
- Assist with quality control of all reports, files, and documentation
- Proactively presenting the need for new process solutions to improve depot service levels
- Producing Excel based charts and tables from standard templates.
- Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
- Verifying documents, checking numerical accuracy, and maintaining accurate complete and legible records.
- Maintaining and entering information onto SAP

**What we are looking for**:

- Someone who is customer focused
- Has good overall IT skills and SAP knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Good decision making, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Previous admin experience would be great
