Our Osborne Property Services Business

Our Property Services business works with local authorities and social housing landlords in evolving new approaches to maintaining social housing stock. Our focus is on total asset management, value creation, and delivering exceptional experiences for our customers and their residents, reducing the reliance on reactive repairs, whilst our partnership ethos brings fresh thinking, innovation and flexibility. We also work in collaboration with sustainable construction specialists and key supplier partners offering social housing providers a comprehensive and fully integrated zero carbon retrofit service.

Key Responsibilities;
- To carry out maintenance works efficiently and to a high standard.
- Providing a professional multi trade service to include, but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, wall /floor tiling whilst completing all tasks to an acceptable standard.
- Delivering KPI’s whilst adhering to HSEQ requirements.
- Flexibility to work within a team or alone and work tidally within residents properties.
- Updating work orders with clear notes and photos via a PDA.
- Assisting schedulers and other trades with technical knowledge when required.
- Assisting line managers / supervisors with day to day running of jobs.
- Producing and delivering the required operational paperwork (Eg Job Sheets, Time-sheets etc).
- Producing and evaluating Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Adhering to Client Health and Safety Standards and Procedures.
- Representing the company in a professional manner, demonstrating commercial awareness
- Formal Trade Qualification (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical etc)
- Multi-Skilled/Multi-trade Experience
- Driving license (required)
- Knowledge of Social Housing
