**Requirements**:
**What will you do?**
This role has been designed to drive sales through effective account management and developing business within the current Cooper Software Customer Base.
Working closely with the Senior IFS Account manager -The focus of the role is very much on working with the renewal customers in the first instance and building out more lead generation and supporting the Senior Account Manager in any proposal work needed.
The role will also include the managed of all opportunities in NetSuite, along with building relationships with existing IFS customers who have engagements of any size with Cooper Software.
Expecting responsibilities to include:
- Account Management of all existing CS clients
- Reporting against sales & pipeline targets
- Reporting on a weekly basis to Senior Account Manager on targets & opportunities and leads
- Achieving sales targets
- Representing Cooper Software and IFS at industry events
- Maintaining an accurate pipeline within internal systems
**What you will need?**
With the above in mind we would be looking to recruit an IFS Account Manager that has the below skills/experience:
- IFS sales experience
- B2B Sales / Account Management experience of ERP solutions.
- Successful and demonstrative track record of Business Development / Account Management
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Target driven
- Prepared to travel throughout UK & Ireland as needed
Desirable / not essential
- Experience in managing sales team
- Experience of managing tender processes - RFI / RFP
