When you join the multidisciplinary team in our **Clinical Assessment Service** in **SouthWest London**, you’re back in control.
As of June, Practice Plus Group are delivering OOH, CAS and 111 services in the South West London region, including Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Sutton, Wandsworth and Richmond, with our CAS service being delivered from our new office in **Stockley Park**.
As the largest independent provider of NHS services, **Practice Plus Group** is delivering a new model of **Integrated Urgent Care** that reduces pressures on services and staff. By bringing together NHS 111 call centres, clinical assessment and other urgent care services, we enable patients to access the right care, whenthey need it. It’s better for everyone.
This is the perfect chance to use and develop all your skills and expertise as a **General Practitioner**, providing diagnosis, treatment, advice and referrals to other healthcare resources, **via the phone**. You will also use our **electronic prescribing system** to effectivelymanage the patient.
Based in the dedicated Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) supporting our NHS 111 call centre, you’ll be working autonomously within your sphere of competency as a**lead clinician** in a **multi-skilled team** that includes advanced nurse practitioners, registered nurses, UCPs, mental health and dental nurses, prescribing pharmacists and pharmacy advisors.

You’ll be able to keep your skills up to date with a CPD programme - and can expect education and training tailored to your needs and future plans. We work closely with the NHS to provide opportunitiesto **learn, innovate and contribute new ideas**. In addition to our bespoke Learning Management System, we offer discounted national update/clinical topic refreshers, support to become a supervisor/GP registrar trainer, plus a host of **regional and national career development** opportunities.
We can offer this role as either **permanent, bank or self-employed**.
**What you will need**:

- **GMC registration** certificate and inclusion on the **GP Performers List** with a valid CCT.
- Experience to confidently **manage acute and chronic presentations** for both **adult and paediatric** patients, with a proven ability to maintain and monitor high standards of care.
- Excellent **listening and communication skills**, with experience of telephone assessment and good IT/keyboard skills.
