Our client is expanding into Glasgow and is on the lookout for enthusiastic Event Sales Assistant**s** to join their vibrant team. You'll represent some of the UK’s most impactful charities at exciting events, raising awareness and inspiring long-term support through engaging face-to-face interactions.

Whether you're new to events and sales or bringing previous experience, you’ll receive full training, support from experienced mentors, and the opportunity to grow within a company that values both performance and purpose.

**What You’ll Do as an Event Sales Assistant**

As an Event Sales Assistant, you’ll be attending organised events across Glasgow and the surrounding areas—these might include markets, festivals, exhibitions, shopping centres, or private venues. Your job will be to engage with the public, share information about the charitable causes you represent, and inspire people to become long-term supporters.

This is a customer-facing role that requires energy, empathy, and enthusiasm. You’ll create meaningful conversations, provide excellent customer service, and leave each person with a positive impression of the campaign and the cause behind it.

You’ll also work toward achievable sales targets and benefit from uncapped commissions—so the more you put in, the more you get out. Outstanding effort and performance are regularly recognised and rewarded.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re looking for confident, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people from all backgrounds. You should have great interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and the motivation to meet performance goals.

Previous experience in events, promotions, fundraising, or sales is a plus—but not essential. Full training is provided, and we value personality, passion, and potential above all.
