**About you**

We are looking for someone who has good communication, customer service, organisation skills alongside a great personality You will be reliable, committed and motivated to work and progress. We know that studying at college and university isn’t for everyone. An apprenticeship offers you a great opportunity to gain a qualification whilst earning a wage and without accumulating the debts associated with study. Real work experience is crucial as you start to build your career and by the end of your apprenticeship you will have at least two years’ of working in a nurturing environment.

**GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English are desired but not essential.**

**What are the duties of the role?**
- Support with patient consultations
- Dispensing medicine
- General admin
- Dealing with over the counter and phone enquiries
- Use of the computer and the pharmacy specific software
- Checking off and unpacking orders
- Stock management
- Date checking of stock
- Processing NHS prescriptions

Further potential for other training such as a Level 3 Pharmacy Technician apprenticeship.

**Things to consider**

All training is delivered remotely by Woodspeen Training to the workplace via Teams. There is no travelling involved for training.
