We are a small group of Nursing homes in Worthing, caring for people over 65 with Dementia.

Although small we like to support our staff in excelling and provide a lot of training to assist them in achieving this.

We are currently looking for full time Senior health care assistants who can also work some weekends.

The right person will have experience in Dementia care. They will be focused on quality of care.

They will have experience in:
1- leading a care team and maintaining high standards successfully

2- preparing care plans and risk assessments and updating them

3- activities for our residents

4- induction of new staff

5- doing supervisions of care staff

They will need to be flexible and able to work independently and able to meet deadlines.

Excellent rate of pay available, depending on experience.

We do not have a work permit licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.80-£11.80 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Worthing, West Sussex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- supervisory: 1 year (required)
