We now have a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to join us to manage our brand new Customer Service team and ensure that all day-to-day team matters run effectively and that our residents get the best possible service.

**The role**

As part of the Management Team, you will deliver our objectives and contribute to the ongoing implementation of strategy and plans. You will be responsible for setting and achieving high standards across the team, ensuring that policies, procedures and systemsare followed, and you will champion continuous improvement activity within the team, with emphasis on optimising the resident experience.

**About you**

You will have / be:

- Experience of leading high performing teams in a multi-channel customer service environment
- Passionate about the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Experience of working towards targets and deadlines in a performance based, customer centric environment
- A self starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to plan, prioritise and manage a varied workload
- The ability to deal with challenging situations including emergencies
- Good numeracy and IT skills with experience of the Microsoft suite of products

An understanding or experience of the Supported Housing sector, and experience in enhancing customer satisfaction metrics would be desirable however not essential.
