**Discovery **are looking for **Support Workers** to join the team in ** Street, Somerset**. Working at a complex of **Supported Living** flats and bungalows, you will enhance the quality of life of the 13 individuals we support by empowering their independence.

Discovery **Support Workers** do not need prior experience as **Health Care Assistants** or in **Social Care** roles as full training is given.

Both **Full **and **Part Time **roles are available and we can offer flexibility to suit your needs.

**Activities Support Workers may be involved with include**:

- Visits to coffee shops
- Trips out for meals
- Looking after pets (great for fans of rabbits and cats)
- Skittles Matches
- Trainspotting with our railway enthusiast
- Going to bike nights with a motorcycle fan
- Preparing for - and possibly going on - holidays
- Enabling independence by assisting with day-to-day tasks (this may include - but not be limited to - finances, shopping, cooking & personal care)
- We do not need you to have prior experience as full training is given
