Swansea Bay University Health Board is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven individual to the post of Digital Product Support Officer. The role entails supporting Product Specialists in one or more ICT solutions including smaller digital systems and subsets of larger systems.

We are looking for someone who has good communication skills and who can provide support for complex systems and technologies to other department members.

This role will be suited to a talented individual that is dedicated to working as part of an effective Digital Applications team.
- To support the Product Specialists in one or more ICT solutions (i.e. clinical IT systems) throughout the products’ life cycle.
- To directly support smaller digital systems and subsets of larger systems.
- Follow broad occupational policies to ensure product specialists are supported in delivering against objectives within given timescales.
- Communicate complex systems and technologies to other department members.
- Develop specialist and complex technical solutions to meet the Information and operational requirements of the service.
- Support the data quality and quality assurance of the product, ensuring that data quality and quality assurance of the product, ensuring that data.
