As part of this transformation, we are seeking Innovation Leads who will own the Innovation agenda for their assigned business unit or business function, managing Innovation projects, engaging with external and internal stakeholders on Innovation and driving an Innovation culture across the organization to yield significant business benefits, build our competitive advantage and help differentiate in the market through tangible execution on innovation.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Support the Global Lead of Innovation in creation of and executing on an Innovation strategy aligned with overall business strategy
- Drive development of an Innovation culture across your assigned business unit, global function through active engagement with colleagues across all levels leveraging various creative and innovative means
- Engage with external stakeholders (business partners, start-ups and other ecosystem participants) as needed, to scout for and identify relevant innovation ideas and translate them into tangible products, solutions that benefit the business
- Lead identified innovation projects ensuring successful end-end delivery and working in partnership with relevant internal, external stakeholders
- Partner with key areas within various Business Units, Global Technology, Transformation & Change Delivery, Group and other teams for Projects and for Business as Usual
- Ensure that Innovation is infused across the organization transforming how the business operates on a day-day basis and avoid creating silo ‘islands of excellence’

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

- Leader with effective business acumen and commercial awareness
- Good understanding of the latest innovations, emerging trends and how they can be applied in a business context. Hands-on experience in or exposure to at least some innovations would be an advantage
- Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills and ability to navigate across levels in a global matrixed organization
- Brings in a collaborative spirit, can-do attitude and a Customer First mindset
- Requires a combination of solid execution, strategic thinking and ability to ‘connect the dots’
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or relevant work experience
- Proven experience in a Commercial, Technology, Innovation or related roles and experience of leading projects and/or people
- Passion for digital, data and AI and experience working within a digital and data driven organization
