**Adviser Development Manager North West**

**£50k to £55k**

An Opportunity has arisen to join a well-respected financial services company, whose focus is on helping clients achieve their aims, goals and objectives. You will be joining them in an exciting chapter of their growth. They are looking to appoint an AdviserDevelopment Manager, who will work alongside a small team of Independent Financial Advisers, supporting the delivery of a flawless advice service to their clients.

**The Ideal Person**:

- Ideally an existing competent supervisor with CF30
- Experience of training and developing skills of new advisers
- Familiarity with different coaching methods
- Risk management and case file quality checking experience
- Evidenced Leadership skills
- Ability to travel where appropriate to different locations to support advisers
- Adaptable and able to self-manage time.
- Great organisational skills.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum level: Financial Planning Diploma Level 4 qualified or equivalent.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To support advisers to achieve their aims in line with business objectives
- To help them develop their skills and qualifications
- To support them in the pursuit of their business plans
- To identify any risks or issues
- To coach and mentor new advisers
- To work effectively with all key stakeholders across the whole business.

**Remuneration & Benefits**

Salary - circa £50k - £55k plus Bonuses and Company Benefits
