Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a dynamic Dental Receptionist.

**The Role**

Your main responsibility will be to make sure our patients are getting a high standard of service as they are at the heart of everything we do.

You must be organised as scheduling is key to being a successful Dental Receptionist.

To be confident at all aspects of finance, payments, banking, reconciliation and invoices.

Friendly Telephone manner and calm in challenging situations.

To be an effective communicator, sharing necessary information with dentists, nurses, laboratories, and suppliers.

Cooperate with the delivery of business objectives.

Encourage patients to leave feedback.

Have an eye for detail, some cleaning of communal areas will be expected.

Salary equivalent to £10.00 per hour (higher salary/hourly rate will be considered depending on experience) This will be discussed at interview.

28 days pro rata annual leave including Bank Holidays.

Monday to Thursday 08.15-17.15 hours with a 1 hour lunch break and Friday 08.15-15.15 with a 30 minute lunch break. (Some later evenings will be required as we see Private patients up to 7pm)

**About us**

We are an independent practice in the heart of Torquay and have a mix of NHS and Private patients we have four modern surgeries.

We are a small team but this is our strength, we have a great blend of knowledge, experience and we are looking for fresh ideas to compliment this.

The practice manager will offer support to help you excel in your role.
The practice uses Dentally Software, which we will give full training on if required.
