**Your Role & Responsibilities**:

- Attend home visits alongside The Roberts Centre staff to support service users.
- Provide practical advice and encouragement on cleaning, tidying and maintaining a safe home environment.
- Demonstrate simple housekeeping techniques where appropriate, under staff supervision.
- Help service users build routines and confidence in managing household tasks.
- Promote safe use of cleaning products and basic health and safety practices in the home.
- Encourage positive attitudes towards independent living and self-care.
- Respect the dignity, privacy and confidentiality of all service users at all times.
- Work closely with staff to provide feedback on visits and raise any concerns appropriately.
- Participate in relevant training provided by The Roberts Centre, including safeguarding and health and safety.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Understanding of basic cleaning, tidying and housekeeping routines.
- Awareness of Health & Safety practices and safe use of cleaning products (desirable).
- Ability to encourage and motivate others.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a helpful attitude.
- Good organisational skills and a practical approach to problem-solving (desirable).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality.
- Willingness to learn and develop practical skills.
- Personable, honest, friendly and approachable.
- Positive, respectful, reliable and punctual.
