- A generous starting base salary aligned to your experience of up to £24,000.
- A quick route to progress your base salary through a quarterly performance linked review process.

**Training we offer for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant;**:
The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is varied and demanding. From day one you will join our Training Academy for the duration of 4 weeks where you will receive industry leading training delivered by our experienced in-house Trainer & Training Manager.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will receive a tailored training programme, which starts the moment you walk through the door and flexes to suit your career aspirations. Our training is not just aimed at those new into the business but continues throughout all the stages of your career, including structured management training for those who aspire to being future leaders in the business.

- Using sales, networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies.
