**The Position**

We are looking for a trainer to help manage and train our agency workers on site at our clients busy food factory in Worksop. You will work in a team responsible for deploying staff to the required area and will then spend your time training and supportingnew starters on standard operating procedures in the factory. (Full training will be given to you first).

**Responsibilities**
- Signing in and deploying staff to required are at shift start
- Training staff to the required standard inside the factory
- Updating training records
- Supporting line managers to ensure best efficiency
- Updating various reports

**You are**
- Have experience working with people
- Happy and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent at communicating
- Patient
- Positive can do attitude
- Comfortable managing large groups of people
- Happy to work in slightly chilled environment

**Nice if you are also**
- Experience in a similar role
