**Financial Service Administrator (No financial experience needed)**
Location: Leicester, LE1

**Salary**: £19,000 - £21,000 DOE
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9-5:15pm with 1 hour lunch break

For this role, no financial experience is needed as full training will be provided We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent mathematical skills, able to understand numbers in a methodical way to join a Trustee Pension company within thefinancial administration team.
There is also the fantastic opportunity to study a CII qualification whilst with the company however, if you do not wish to study then you do not have to, this offer is only optional
The Role:
The successful Financial Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:

- Monitor and chase rental payments to ensure prompt payments
- Use of Property Administration Management Database
- Liaise with clients and professional connections regarding rental queries
- Collate legitimate VAT invoices
- Allocating payments to HMRC
- Completion of quarterly returns
- Generate fee invoices
- Ensure compliance with HMRC, legislative and internal procedures
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, Anti Money Laundering requirements and TCF
- Awareness of and compliance with Data Protection issues
- Monitor own workflow and prioritisation of outstanding work
- Maintain a full and efficient diary system
- Previous experience in administration and the office environment
- Highly organised and methodical
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Strong IT skills: Microsoft packages such as excel to formula level
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day after 3, 5, 7, 10 and 15 years, each year to max 30 days holiday.
9-minute walk away from Leicester Railway Station, 15-minute walk from the Bus station.
