Executries Paralegal

Having successfully completed a further acquisition the team are looking for a talented and experienced Executries Paralegal to manage their own caseload.
You can expect to be busy, but not crazy busy, you will find yourself engaged in interesting, challenging and rewarding work. Speaking of rewards, you shall be offered a very competitive salary, generous benefits and of course hybrid working up to 2 days perweek following an initial settling in period.
You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and shall have exceptional client facing skills with the ability to demonstrate real empathy at a time that often can be emotionally charged.
Your experience should include amongst others:
Meeting with clients face to face
Investigating assets in executry estates
Preparing the estate inventory
Dealing with Inheritance tax matters
Realising assets
Preparing the executory account
Distributing the estate to beneficiaries.
You can expect to be supported in your role and will have the opportunity to undertake further studying e.g. STEP qualification should you wish to do.
