**ABOUT THE POSITION**

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing the bakery with a focus on optimal workflows and team motivation
- Staff planning and training of new employees
- Hands-on baking in daily production
- Ensuring our high product quality standards
- Procuring and inspecting raw materials
- Maintaining and monitoring cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Coordinating external service providers

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Training as a baker and several years of professional experience in a bakery
- Passion for the baking craft and a strong sense of quality
- Experience in leading and motivating a team
- Strong sense of organization and cleanliness
- Enjoyment of collaborative teamwork
- Flexibility, motivation, and resilience
- Independent and reliable work ethic
- Willingness to work day, afternoon and overnight shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
