As our Procurement System Specialist, you will act as the SME for the Coupa procurement system, managing the relationship with the supplier and performing system reviews, updated and other administrative tasks. Managing and approving purchase requisitions raised by the business and be the key contact for queries related to purchase requisitions and orders.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- To be the key contact within Lowell for Coupa Purchase to Pay topics for both internal and external (suppliers) stakeholders, working closely with Accounts Payable
- Coupa workflow management and approvals
- Supplier on-boarding and registration to the Coupa Supplier portal, liaising with the 3rd party risk team
- Setup of Supplier content ie. Punchout Catalogues on Coupa
- Responsible for managing Supplier Master data
- System administration, including running reports
- System improvement reviews and policy change management
- Training users on Coupa Procurement processes

What we need from you:

- Basic commercial contract and procurement knowledge and ability to read contracts
- Commercial acumen - highly desirable
- Experience of using a cloud based Purchase to Pay or financial platform such as Coupa is desirable
- Fast learner and good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as part of a wider team
