**CREDIT RISK CONSULTANT**

Join an exciting risk consulting firm working on working on Credit, Market, Climate and Counterparty risk models.
**ROLE**
- Develop, implement, and validate credit risk models to assess the creditworthiness of individuals, businesses, and portfolios using SAS (IRB and IFRS9)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to credit risk.
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques to build predictive models and optimize existing ones.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices in credit risk modeling.
- Provide expert insights and recommendations to senior management, guiding strategic decisions.
- Assist in creating comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience (X+ years) in credit risk modeling and analytics within the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in SAS programming for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and model development.
